ComfortShield Heat & Air was established by Richard Shields, an experienced professional with a strong background in Heating and Air Conditioning industry. Richard’s journey began in 2006 after graduating from HVAC Mechanical school in the U.S. Army, and He then held senior roles in corporate America for nearly a decade. During this time, Richard learned the vital lesson that would shape the future of ComfortShield: the success of any organization is built by its EMPLOYEES & CUSTOMERS. Richard realized these two aspects were the most valuable assets, NOT THE DOLLAR. Inspired by this realization, he returned to the Mechanical industry with a vision to create a company where the team members and customers are always the top priority, and everyone’s voice matters.
